“It looks slick; it looks polished; it looks bad-ass”
GamersInfo.Net sat down with the Global Agenda team at E3, and has published a preview at:

Among our favorite quotes:
looks slick; it looks polished; it looks bad-ass. The graphics are top notch, the animations seamless. My character ran, crouched, jumped, caught ledges, heaved herself up, knifed an NPC in close combat and did a moon walk when she danced. What about the game?
Slick. Very slick. Global Agenda looks polished and looks great. Here’s one for an indie studio
The game is skill based, using a real cover system and directional attacks. In your equipment bar, you can load a ranged weapon, a melee weapon, three off-hand devices and a jet pack for movement. I had chosen a Mechanic and we picked a turret, a pet and a shield to use as well as a heal pack. The higher the level of the device, the more device points required to use it, and all players regardless of level have only 15 device points to be used in any one engagement. So a higher level player may have a wider variety of devices to choose from to take into battle with him, but still only 15 device points to use.

I love the idea of limiting the device points regardless of level. It requires people to be inventive with their builds instead of a “higher level = better outcome” scenario.
