| If you come across a beta key, you are not allowed to sell it or to get clear economic benefit from giving it to someone else. Other than that, it can be given to others (even through contests), assuming they are willing to accept the NDA, are 18 years or older and have a PC that can run the game.... |

Yeah we should probably tweak the language. It just means that you have to have purchased the game through some means (digital or physical). |
